Bathroom:

Handrails now fitted


Hall:

Decoration completed - Nigel


Kitchen

Kitchen floor vinyl has now been replaced - Offset Grey now fitted.   Thanks to the Team !

Boxing over boiler pipes re-fitted by Mel Ashton  [tenant]

Kitchen appliances - gas cooker, automatic washer and fridge-freezer - now installed


Lounge:

Skirting board now repaired.
Decoration now completed - Nigel


Master Bedroom

OK - decoration in progress by tenants.


Second Bedroom

Skirting over C.H. pipes screwed back onto wallby tenant [Mel Ashton] - decoration in progress by tenants [Mel Ashton].


External:

Front flagstone - cracked & unstable, wall to be cleaned

Side grate / wall to be cleaned

Garden Waste bin has now been cleaned.

Terku Erable - WAS fitted in error !!

Electric fire - kielder Golden Oak with brass fire was selected to match furniture
but ...... 
natural oak surround fitted (with correct brass fire)

Golden Oak now fitted but with chrome, not brass, fire.

Chrome fire replaced by brass fire - as initially specified.
